Free Casting Calls & Open Auditions for Actors
This is a free casting board for actors and background performers. Every notice below is open right now — listings drop off the board once their submission deadline passes, so you are never submitting to a dead role. Each listing shows the pay, union status, location and deadline exactly as the production stated them; where a production did not state something, we leave it blank rather than guess. You do not need an agent and you do not need to pay to browse or apply.

Casting calls: common questions
Do you vet the productions behind these listings?
No. We aggregate public casting listings and we do not vet the people behind them. Read the notice, check the production yourself, and never pay to audition — any listing that asks you for money is either a scam or a business we would not send you to.
Do I need an account to browse casting calls?
No. Browsing and filtering the board is open to everyone. You need a free account to see a notice's contact details and to get alerts when new roles post in your city — that gate exists to keep casting contact details out of scrapers, not to sell you anything.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Browsing casting calls, posting a role and building a profile are free, and they stay free. The self-tape tools are the part that runs on credits, and you start with 7 free ones without a card.
What happens after I submit?
Your submission goes to the production or casting office named on the notice. We do not sit between you and them, we cannot make them reply, and most casting offices only contact the actors they want to see. Silence is normal and it is not a verdict on your work.
